Passive Fire Resistant Paint

Description : Water based passive fire resistant paint on steel construction

It is a fire resistant paint on steel construction with EN 13381-4:2013 passive certificate.

It has various applications such as 30 minutes / 60 minutes / 90 minutes / 120 minutes.

It is water based. It is available for sale in 18 kg buckets.

Features:

It is specially produced for passive fire suppression.

It is TS/ ENV 13381-8/2013 certified.

Meets ASTM, NFPA, UL testing standards.

Application is made as Primer, Intermediate and Topcoat. The desired minute interval in the specification is given in the mezzanine floor. As the thickness, that is, Dft thickness, increases, the minute duration increases in direct proportion. For this reason, the intermediate coat application is determined according to the requested minutes.

Implementation usually takes place by practice on site or in the workshop. If it will be done in the workshop, it is recommended to apply on-site after the steel assembly of the last layer against damage during transportation.

After the application;

  • Hail rain,
  • Rain ,
  • To the violent storm,
  • It has excellent resistance to UV resistance.

Strong adhesion and durability, Fast drying time, Odorless

Surface Preparation:  In accordance with ISO 8501-1: 1988 for retouching damaged areas and weld seams,

Mechanical cleaning should be done with Sa 2,5 quality.

Application Temperature: Maximum 5 °C to 45 °C.

Fire Resistant Paint for Woods

It is certified to TS EN 13986:2004+A1:2015 and produced with International Provisions: EN 13986:2004+A1-EQV.

This standard defines wood-based boards used in construction and their respective characteristics and specifies appropriate test methods for determining these characteristics for unfaced, veneered, veneered or painted wood-based boards in the uses given below.

• As a structural element in dry conditions in indoor uses,
• As a structural element in indoor (or protected outdoor) use, in humid conditions,
• In outdoor use as a structural element,
• Indoor uses as a non-structural element in dry conditions,
• As a non-structural element in humid conditions in indoor (or protected outdoor) uses.
• In outdoor use as a non-structural element,
• In use as structural flooring on beams in dry or humid or outdoor conditions,
• In use in dry or damp conditions or in the case of structural roofing on beams in external conditions,
• For use in dry or damp or outdoor conditions as wall coverings on fittings.

This standard specifies the requirements for the assessment of conformity and marking of these products. This standard covers wood-based boards for use in construction in the form of solid wood boards, LVL4), plywood, OSB, resin or cement particle boards, wet-process fibreboards (hard boards, medium-hard boards and soft boards) and dry-processed fibreboards (MDF). . These boards contain chemicals to improve their fire resistance and resistance to biological pests such as fungi and insects.
